ACCOUNTANT/BOOK KEEPER – FULL TIME

Broadstroke is a growing print, mail, promotions, and marketing company comprised of different companies, Total Printing Solutions and Postal Presort, that merged in 2018. With over 30 years of experience, and longevity to match, Broadstroke is looking for a new team member with experience that wants to continue to grow within a rewarding position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering the telephone, customer service, filing, scanning, building on skills to further assist the finance department, excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), processing invoices, preparing bank deposits.

The successful candidate will have excellent computer proficiency with MS Office, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Candidates with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, problem solve, and work well independently, and within a team setting, will be given preference.

Experience with QuickBooks is required.  No previous bankruptcies or convictions please.

Pay will commensurate with experience and the candidate must be willing to submit to a background check.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FULL TIME

With over 30 years of experience, and longevity to match, Broadstroke is looking for a new team member with experience that wants to continue to grow within a rewarding position.

A  Sales Representative at Broadstroke is responsible for the sales of print, promotional, and mailing goods for the company. To succeed in this job, you must actively create relationships with current and prospective clients, create estimates, bid on mid-size, large-scale, and commercial print and promotional jobs.

This position is all about building relationships, staying organized, and possessing excellent communication skills.  The right salesperson will be given a book of business and will be required to give the overall best possible service to those clients while generating their own new B2B customer base.

Day to day, the Representative will be required to follow up, maintain, and assist customers with new and reorders of materials. Must be constantly learning about new products and services to better inform clients. There may have additional duties including attending networking events and trade shows.
