With over 30 years of experience, and longevity to match, Broadstroke is looking for a new team member with experience that wants to continue to grow within a rewarding position.
Responsibilities & Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger, Journal entries, research on accounts, month end closing, processing invoices, preparing bank deposits, and reconciliations. This job may also include answering the telephone, customer service, filing, scanning, and building on skills to further assist the finance department.
The successful candidate should have an excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Requirements
The successful candidate will have computer proficiency with MS Office and Excel, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!
Candidates with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, problem solve, and work well independently, and within a team setting, will be given preference.
Pay will be commensurate with experience and the candidate must be willing to submit to a background check.
